Venue AutoPilot, a service of Obsidian Studios ("Venue AutoPilot", "we", "us" or "our"), helps wedding venue owners book more weddings. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or request our Booked Venue Blueprint, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your venue's approximate yearly revenue and the number of weddings you host each year.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the website or ad that sent you to us and similar analytics data collected through cookies and tracking technologies such as the Meta Pixel.

How we use your information

To deliver the Booked Venue Blueprint and respond to your request.
To contact you by phone, email or text message (text messages only if you opted in) about the Blueprint and related services.
To understand how our website and advertising perform and to improve them.
To keep our systems secure and to comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our form has two separate, optional SMS consent boxes. Both are unchecked by default. If you check the first box, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Venue AutoPilot at the number you provided about your Blueprint request, such as request confirmation, call scheduling and appointment reminders. If you also check the second box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Venue AutoPilot, such as venue booking tips, special offers and event promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data or consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing described below never includes this data.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example our customer relationship management, email and text messaging platform, analytics and advertising measurement tools), and only as needed for them to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and website. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences through your Meta account settings.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving emails.
Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information.

Children

Our services are for business owners and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
