These terms apply to your use of the Venue AutoPilot website and to the services and communications you request from Venue AutoPilot, a service of Obsidian Studios ("Venue AutoPilot", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or submitting a request form, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Venue AutoPilot provides marketing information and services for wedding venue owners, including the free Booked Venue Blueprint. Our materials are for general information and education. We do not guarantee any particular result, and outcomes depend on your venue, market and how you apply what you learn.

Text message program terms

Program: Venue AutoPilot text messages about your Blueprint request, call scheduling, appointment reminders and related service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, you may also receive venue booking tips, special offers and event promotions.
Consent: You receive non-marketing texts only if you check the Blueprint text consent box on our form. You receive marketing texts only if you also check the separate, optional marketing text box. Each box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Help: Reply HELP for help or email [email protected].
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Blueprint, website content, logos and materials belong to Venue AutoPilot or its licensors. You may use the Blueprint for your own business but may not copy, resell or distribute it without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venue AutoPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit the lead form, or opt in to receive text messages from Venue AutoPilot. By submitting the form or opting in to SMS, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. This site and its services are not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
